The ETV Store Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to users of the ETV Store, one of the services provided by EDUWARD Press Co., Ltd. When using this service, you are deemed to have read the entire text of these Terms and to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)

Article 3 (Registration)

- The rights and obligations between our company and members regarding this service will be governed by the EDUONE Pass terms of use set forth in the preceding paragraph in addition to these terms.
Article 4 (Establishment of Individual Contracts)
- When a Member wishes to purchase a Product or other item through this Service, he/she shall apply for the purchase by entering the specified information on the screen of this Site in the manner specified by our Company.
- Once the application procedure under paragraph 1 has been completed, the application cannot be withdrawn.
- An individual contract between our company and a member (hereinafter referred to as the "Individual Contract") will be established when a purchase application based on paragraph 1 is made, payment is completed, and the product in question becomes available for viewing by the member.
Article 5 (Product price and payment method)
- Members shall pay the price of the products used on this site and any necessary fees other than the product price (such as consumption tax) in accordance with the amounts and conditions separately determined by our company and displayed on this site.
- Payment for the product price and other necessary fees must be made in one lump sum by credit card.

Article 6 (Cancellation/Exchange)
After an individual contract is concluded, we will not accept cancellations or exchanges due to the member's circumstances (different from the image, wrong order, no longer needed, etc.). However, we will only accept cancellations if we determine that it is extremely difficult to use this service due to unavoidable circumstances. Members who wish to cancel should contact us.
Article 7 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)

Our company reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to members if any of the following circumstances apply:
- When urgent inspection or maintenance work is carried out on the computer system related to the Service
- If computers, communication lines, etc. stop due to an accident.
- If the Service cannot be operated due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, wind and flood damage, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
- In other cases where we deem it necessary to suspend or suspend
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member as a result of any measures taken by us pursuant to this Article.
Article 8 (Ownership of Rights)
All intellectual property rights relating to this Site and this Service belong to us or to those who have granted licenses to us, and the license to use this Service under these Terms does not imply any license to use the intellectual property rights of us or those who have granted licenses to us relating to this Site and this Service.
Article 9 (Changes to and Termination of the Service)

If our company changes these terms, we will notify the member of the changes, and if the member uses the service after being notified of the changes or does not take the procedure to cancel his/her registration within the period specified by our company, the member will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to these terms.
Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Exemption from Liability)
- We do not guarantee that the Service and Products will be suitable for the Member's specific purpose, that they have the expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness, that they comply with laws, regulations, or internal rules of industry associations, or that they will be free from defects.
- We shall not be liable for compensation for any interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability or change of the provision of the Service and the Site by us, the deletion or loss of messages or information sent by the Member, the cancellation of the Member's registration, the loss of registered data or failure or damage to equipment, or other damage suffered by the Member in relation to the Service and the Site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company. In the event that we are liable for compensation, the scope of our liability for damages shall not exceed the amount of the fee for the services etc. directly related to the damage, and we shall not be liable for any incidental damages, indirect damages, special damages, future damages or damages related to lost profits.
Article 12 (Contact/Notice)
Inquiries regarding the Service and other communications or notices from Members to the Company, and notices regarding changes to these Terms and Conditions and other communications or notices from the Company to Members, shall be made in the manner specified by the Company.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
- The governing law of these Terms and the Service Usage Agreement shall be Japanese law. Furthermore, even if goods are purchased or sold through this service, we agree to exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance for all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Service Use Agreement.
