The patient visited the hospital with acute vomiting.
A foreign body in the stomach and a mucous cyst of the gallbladder were found, so a gastrectomy and cholecystectomy were performed.
The hepatic falciform ligament was removed using an electric scalpel, and visual and palpation were performed to remove the foreign body. The gastric incision was then sutured using the Gambee method.
The foreign object was caused by accidentally swallowing a marble.
Includes post-surgery commentary by Dr. Onishi.
(In-hospital audio is also included.)
