In February of this year, the first perineal urethrostomy surgery was performed at another hospital.
April: Due to stenosis of the opening, a second surgery was performed at another hospital.
In early June, the patient visited the hospital where the surgery was requested. The opening was narrowed again and a 6fr nutrition catheter could barely be inserted.
Late June: 6G needle cannot be inserted
The surgery was performed in early July.
