3-2 A Member may request the suspension of use of all or part of the User Information by configuring the designated settings of the Service, in which case the Company will promptly suspend use in accordance with the Company's regulations. Note that, since the collection or use of some User Information is a prerequisite for the Service, the Company will suspend collection only if the Member unsubscribes from the Service in a manner designated by the Company.
4. Provision to third parties

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
6. Correction of personal information and suspension of use, etc.
6-1 If our company is requested by a member to (1) correct the contents of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is not true, or (2) suspend the use of the information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced or because the information was collected by false or other wrongful means, our company will conduct any necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is from the member himself/herself, correct the contents of the personal information or suspend the use based on the results, and notify the member to that effect. However, if our company decides not to correct or suspend the use based on reasonable grounds, our company will notify the member to that effect.
6-2 If a Member requests that we erase his or her personal information and we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will erase the personal information after verifying that the request is made by the Member himself or herself and notify the Member of this effect.
6-3 The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply if the Company is not obligated to correct, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

8. Procedure for changing the privacy policy
Our company will review the operation status regarding the handling of user information from time to time, strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. In the event of any changes, members will be notified on the latest information screen within the service. However, if the changes require the consent of members under the law, the consent of members will be obtained in a manner specified by our company.
