・Have you turned off the "Prevent cross-site tracking" function?
・Have you turned off your private browsing settings?

Is membership registration free?開 く

Member registration is free.
To use Elephant TV, you must first register as an EDUONE Pass member, and EDUONE Pass members can register for free.
By registering as a member, you will be able to order and use Elephant TV services such as watching free channels, purchasing individual products, and applying for paid channels.

How to register/delete a device開 く

You can do this from "Manage paid content playback terminals" on Elephant TV My Page.

Please tell me about the video quality.開 く

Video quality can be selected from "FULLHD", "HD", "HIGH", and "NORMAL".
・“FULLHD” is full HD image quality (1080p)
・"HD" is HD image quality (720p) quality
・“HIGH” is DVD quality (480p)
・"NORMAL" is normal image quality (360p)
If the line speed is slow compared to the image quality, the system will automatically select the optimal lower quality for playback.

Can I watch from multiple devices at the same time?開 く

Yes, you can watch it. In the case of paid content, you can register and watch up to the number of playable devices for each product.

What payment methods can I choose?開 く

Only one-time payment by credit card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AMEX/DINERS) is accepted.
*New acceptance of bank account transfer and cash on delivery has ended.
(Members who have already transferred or applied can continue)

Will monthly or annual paid content fees continue automatically?開 く

The registered credit card information will be automatically billed continuously from the next month onwards. (In case of annual lump sum fee, from 13th month onwards)

Are there any restrictions on service hours?開 く

The services of this website (member services such as ordering, viewing, and login) are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
However, this excludes server maintenance times and periods designated by our company.

When applying for monthly or annual paid content fees for VETS CHANNEL, is the free monthly fee for a limited time only?開 く

There is no end date for this month's free offer. However, campaign prices may change in the future or return to regular prices.
